One of My Web Pages Just Got to Google's Page One - And I Wasn't Trying To Get it Ranked!

So I've just finished lesson 7 of level 4 in the WA training and I'm liking what I'm learning. But let me give you a little perspective on what that really means.

You see, I've been knocking around the online world, trying to make some money, for around 5 years now. I've bought into training from four or five marketing 'gurus' who promised to teach me how to make money and yet I have barely made a dollar. That's not a complaint or gripe, just a fact.

Now you'd think after all that time that I should have come across just about every marketing trick or method going but you'd be wrong! I've learned stuff about keyword research here at Wealthy Affiliates that nobody has ever taught me before. And this stuff about Google Authorship is new to me; maybe it's a new thing that Google have come up with. I don't know but I can see the potential.

Now I can't tell you that I'm suddenly making money online. I've only been with the Wealthy Affiliates for a short time and I'm still working through the process. But I can tell you that a page on my website has just hit the first page of the Google search pages, albeit at the last slot. This is a page I didn't expect to rank and didn't originally optimize at all but is on page one for the search term 'binaural beats faq'.

The other pages that I have optimized have not got anywhere near page one yet, But at least it gives me the motivation to keep trying. I'll let you know what happens.
