Do I have to upgrade my SEO in order to upload the pictures of the products I'm selling?
Nope, If you're reffering to All In One SEO, All In One has nothing to do with your images.
Just be sure your images are compressed before uploading them.

Do I have to upgrade my SEO in order to upload the pictures of the products I'm selling?
If you can add an "alt text" description when you upload the pictures - This helps with SEO. Google likes this as it adds a description for sight/heaing impaired as they may have apps to helps read or hear, and of course Google reads data.
Alt Text does not help for people that have eye sight issues or helpful for screen readers.
Alt Text is used when the image you have does not load or display on your site and you just get that no image icon, then the alt text will appear.
In order for images to be read by screen readers or for the image description to be seen when someone moves their cursor over and image you need add the Image Title Attribute to the image.
In a training video I did at 3:05 mark I show how to add this attribute

you need to use a plugin, such as the social share. That will put icons on your site for social media. Once you set the plugin upyou can share your post with one click Adding Social Media Buttons to Your Website

It should be there by default. If not, go to Settings > Discussion and make sure that comments are enabled. You can also add comments by editing the post and making sure that the comments box is turned on there too.
