I heard something today that reasonated with me. Someone had said to focus on each step of the journey instead of the outcome. The reason why I loved this is because too often I'm worrying about how far behind I am or that I'm not where I want to be. I feel like it hold me back and it's almost as if it prohibits me. It's that fear of failure that puts a halt on things. However, if I focus on the journey and each step that I'm taking, I really feel like this would help! Food for thought!
