Miracles Do Happen, Just stick with WA

I was in the hospital all of September with a 2% chance of survival. I beat those odds, much to my doctor's surprise. I am thrilled I experienced that miracle because that gives me another chance to be successful at Wealthy Affiliate. I had several comments waiting for me that were very positive and encouraging keeping going. The comments on my website were encouraging and gave me the courage to continue with my topic. PTSD is a deserving topic, not enough information is out there about survival, growth and natural ways to cope with this disorder.

It breaks my heart to see people fight this when there is help out there and most do not know about the help available. My website is about military survivors of this disorder, but as an example, I was not in the military and I fight it. My diagnosis is due to childhood trauma. There are many reasons for this to occur in someone's life, but the point is there is help out there, it just has to be sought out.

Wealthy Affiliate is a miracle. So many times I have had challenges with the monthly fee, but it is in our monthly budget and it automatically comes out of my checking account. People who say it is too expensive don't have a grasp of the dream. I can appreciate those on a once a month payday and limited funds, as I am in that situation as well. However, I want this and so I make sure that no matter what I have to sacrifice, that monthly payment is made.

I am a survivor in more than one instance. This makes WA, although it is challenging at times, very possible. I complete the training, go to Jay's Friday night training and soak up all the information I can. This makes my chances that increase my success greater.

Follow all the training, go to Jay's training and you will be successful. It takes time and effort, it is not an easy task. But it is so worth it.

God Bless and Good Luck!

Rae Anne

I am glad you here That's great that you beat it and won. Just like the doctor gave me 3 months I beat it I am not going anywhere, I am going to live forever. It's been 6 years I went from looking like a 60-year-old to a 30-year-old with a positive mine and I am 60 now. I turn the hands of time back. So you can do it to, be Positive

Positivity is the key. You are absolutely right about that. Negativity brings in all sorts of bad things that allow more bad things to happen. I am so proud of you for proving the doctors wrong and this is our first talk. 3 months is not very long to get one's affairs in order, I'm so happy you beat the odds!! Now you can let the little things go and truly enjoy life.

God Bless,
Rae

Hello Rae Anne, I wish you well! I know your struggles will build for you a special strength!

WA and the WA Community of fellow affiliates will mentor you and give you a place to give back!

I read several of your posts and as a fellow BP with PTSD, I understand your manic energy :)

I look forward to networking with you in our future business endeavors!
Janice :)

Hello Janice,
We have a lot in common I see so we understand each other. We can be a source of support for one another. Honestly, I miss the days of mania, I got so much done. But as I learned early on, what goes up must go down. It's the downs I can go without. So I am on a cocktail of helpful meds and natural aids as well and I find I am actually more productive - when my health allows. lol

I look forward to networking with you as well, we can bounce ideas off of each other.
God Bless Janice,
Rae

Glad you are ok now. You might want to consider taking advantage of the Black Friday Special coming up. $299 up front pays for a year at $25/month. The cheapest price for premium membership here. And then you are locked in to that price as long as you pay the fee each year.

Thanks for the information! I've been gone so long I had no idea such a special was going on. Thanks for clueing me in. That is a terrific cut in fees!!

God Bless,
Rae

Hi Rae Anne, as a police officer I once witnessed a Vietnam vet have flashbacks at an accident scene. I had no training on how to handle that situation. PTSD is real and it's scary. I'm glad you survived and are part of the WA community.

Hello,
The life of a police officer, though honorable, is not an easy one. I can only imagine what was going through your mind facing someone having a flashback. I still have them from time to time and when I do, I am in that memory, nothing else exists. I can see, smell and hear the flashback I am in and nothing else. People don't understand that. For someone, public servant or not, facing someone going through a flashback is a scary situation. I'm glad it worked out for you.

Thank you for your kind words of my survival from my recent ordeal, it has given me a new lease on life.

God Bless,
Rae

Actually, the guy had wrecked his car by overturning after hitting a tree in a person's yard. He said he wrecked because the enemy was shooting at him. He was in the prone position in their yard and when I exited my patrol vehicle he told me to get down and take cover. This happened around 11 in the morning on a bright sunny summer day. I was able to talk him down by playing along with him. He finally came out of it and asked me "what happened"? I remember it like it was yesterday and this was around 20 years ago. I'm glad you are doing good now. I wish you nothing but success here at WA.

Wow! What an experience! In my opinion, you did exactly right. If you had confronted him, heck only knows what could have happened. You did great with no training! My hat is off to you sir!

I'm so glad you beat the odds. I too had a miracle happen back in '15. I believe it wasn't my time year cause I have much more to do.
God bless,
Laura

Hello Laura,
There are so many people who waste their lives not realizing they have much to do in this one life they have. They have regrets at the end, and that is no way to go. I don't want to have any regrets. l want to know I did everything I could in every situation placed before me.

I am glad you survived your situation in 2015, did it give you a new perspective? I am so happy you realized you have much more to do in this life. Make the most of it. You'll have no regrets and in the end, that's the best way to go.

In His Name,

Rae

Hello Gina,
Thank you for the kind words. Those are always nice to hear. I feel like I have a new lease on life, I fully intend to take advantage of it. Good luck to you as well as you pursue your dreams. Let's dream together....

Very inspiring story indeed! Keep on fighting. And btw... I joined WA during recovery from a surgery. You are a hero!

Hello,
I certainly do not consider myself a hero, but thank you very much for the kind words. I think we choose to make life changes when faced with recovery from a surgery, a hospitalization, an accident - anything that gives us reason to grasp at a second chance.

Keep up the fight my dear.
God Bless,
Rae
