Facebook Team Build Groups don't Work !

It seems like there's been a new trend in the last 3 years on Facebook, and I am referring with all these Team build, downline building groups. In truth, a team build system makes it upto 10x more DIFFICULT for you. Now let's talk seriously about why that is!

Let's face it, people are tired of jumping in business opportunities where they have to build on their own, and who can blame them, building a home based business is a lot of work, mostly if you are just starting out! the learning curve is strap, and almost impossible if you are doing this alone! So the marketing....or should I say "trap" of all joining a group and having a downline built for you is appealing...unfortunately all it is in reality... it's a house of cards!

1. we will build it for you
2. we will add people to your downline automatically
3. no need to build, we do it for you
4. we all promote one link!
5. we all promote one business!

So if you are a serious marketer, you are building others...not you (unless you are in the top 6 positions)

If you are not serious, you are hoping that they will build it for you...but it's going to fail ...see video at the end of this post!

The Bad Behaviours of MLM / Facebook Team Build Groups ?

The first thing that these group really do is feed a behaviour that will NEVER, build you a long term business and income! What I have seen time and time again in all these groups is a large portion of members just sit back and wait for their business to be built for them! And so we have the same issues repeating itself, 3% reaping the rewards and doing most of the work while others sit back and wonder why this is not working..

1. Attracts sharks to prey on You!
2. Attracts people that are afraid of doing it alone... But this will never teach you the skills to build!
3. Or you have the " lottery" networker, who hopes he won the lottery! sometimes when you are down on your luck without a good sponsor showing you how to properly build, you become a lottery player!

The Mathematic Facts of Facebook Team Build Groups ?

But the reason #1 why they don't and will never work is that the numbers don't lie! Now first let's address the Pyramid branding ! Yes these are pyramids, but it is important to understand what makes a legal or illegal pyramid.

First wether it is a 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 working with a DSA or non-DSA business makes no difference! The group build is a pyramid on its own, so the top 6 positions will reap the rewards, because they have the top positions in the build and in the MLM that it is linked to, and all the recruits go to feed that compensation plan.

Most Team build fail before 12 months, and all for the same reasons...THE NUMBERS!

They can never recruit enough on a steady basis to properly feed everyone when the build hits over 128 members, since the bottom of the pyramid is always getting bigger, meaning it takes longer and more people to ensure everyone gets their FREE recruit! But add to this the management problem of having people leave or not paying for their membership/autoship, you now have a nightmare in motion, because the build feeds a business, and when you start having "holes" in your structure, volume is impacted, and the paycheques of the members as well, and that is where the "issues" on team chemistry also start going South...since 97% of the group rely on others building it for them, you know that the house of cards is crumbling fast!

But here's where I don't get it! People leave one MLM / Facebook team build for another, and another!!!
