Hi I'm Carl Arakawa.

I am 3rd generation Japanese-American born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I have had many jobs. I sold newspapers, parked cars, night club DJ, aerospace manager, sales manager for entrepreneur seminar company and mortgage broker.

I moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2005 for my California mortgage company. Everything was good until 2008 when the real estate market collapsed.

I am a 62 year old mortgage broker, I started in 1987 and have seen many ups and downs in the real estate market. I formed relationships with real estate agents and stayed in contact with past clients. My business was built the old fashion way,

Now, because of the economy or retirement, my real estate agents are out of business. I need to learn how to create consistent leads for my business from the internet.

I hope to become more effective in marketing and create long term residual income. If you have any question regarding mortgages, just ask me.

More about me...

I love teaching people. I have trained people to become a night club DJ, flight attendant, real estate loan officer and my clients, "How to buy a house as a primary or investment." I teach seniors how to set up and use email.

I have taken many personal growth seminars and learned to listen to people and get them into action. I love to see how people think when we play Robert Kiyosaki's, "Cashflow 101 & 202" game.

Some of my teachers have been Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, T Harv Eker, Loral Langemeier, Les Brown, Daegan Smith and Lisa Nichols.

Let me know if what we have in common interests.
