Get your body strong and keep it that way for life
We have all been given just one body. So, why not make the best of it. Being strong physically has helped me immeasurably throughout my life. Keeping strong and fit (even as I approach 60) has helped me mentally and spiritually as well.
My main goal is to help people of all ages to get their bodies strong and keep it that way. I am beginning to write articles that will include illustrations and video clips that will show you how to properly change your body in a very efficient way.
Staying strong has been a part of my life for so long I cannot remember a time when it was not a part of my every day routine; like brushing my teeth or eating!
Please stay tuned because I know I can help many people with the knowledge I've gained over the past 5 decades. It has helped shape me into who I am today. I have 3 boys (now all in there early 30's) who all keep fit and strong and make it a part of their lives as well.

This is a really important message, I think life gets so busy and downright overwhelming sometimes that our bodies are what suffer, if we let this happen though, we will pay for it at some point! Is this your niche?
My niche is "evolving", however, I know that as I age it becomes more important than ever to keep my body strong. I plan to take a 100% positive attitude in everything I do and a "never too late" approach to helping people achieve their goals. Thanks for the comment!
