I am John (Jack) Hess, 60 years old, born May 11, 1954. I am a baby-boomer! Ever since the 1st grade I have been actively involved in sports (basketball, baseball and football). I received a football scholarship to play quarterback for the University of Cincinnati in the mid-70’s.
I have literally been working out for over 50 straight years. I have been an aerobics instructor and have helped many people with setting up individualized work-out plans. I am currently in the best shape of my life (even pushing 60)!
I have a passion for fitness (strength conditioning, yoga, stretching, ab work, cardio work, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, etc). Staying fit has become a part of my everyday life.
Being fit and staying strong (physically, mentally and spiritually) is simply a big part of me….as natural to me as eating and sleeping.
My wife (Peggy) and I have been married for 35 years. We love to travel to Europe (in particular, Ireland). We have been on many, many cruises as well.
Professionally, I am a CPA and have been working in the private sector, primarily in CFO-type roles. I have helped many companies grow and create profit and cash flow…..that’s what I do best!
