Hi, my name is Jim. I was an IT (Information Technology) Consultant for the last 15 years before "retiring" near the end of 2012.
I live in Central Florida with my wife and two 7 year old boys. We adopted both boys when they were infants.
Since the Boys were going to keep getting bigger and stronger, and I was going to keep getting older, I had to come up with a system to keep me strong and fit so I could stay up with them.
The system I developed (everything can be done at home) worked so well that I wrote a book about it in 2012, right after I turned 60.
The book has been selling on Amazon and is called "6 Pack After 60". Different people from all over the world have bought the Kindle edition which totally amazed me. Because of this experience, I decided to learn how to set up online businesses which I plan to leave to my sons. Also I started writing 3 other books which I hope to publish next year.

I admire your spirit and energy to raise 2 young boys. I understand where you're coming from when you talk about keeping up with them. I have two daughters who have adopted children in the past 2 years. As a grandmother, who now is re-learning how to run gramma run. I need to read your book!

Thanks Shar, as you probably know, having strength and energy is very important as we age. My book will help you if you apply the system I created. It's really very simple but extremely effective. I haven't told anyone this yet, but I will be writing a sequel to that book this Spring. It will be called "Six Pack After 62." I learned a few things in the last 2 years.

Hello Mahevash, thank you for your kind comments. I looked at your site. I really like the domain name you picked out, very clever. I know you're probably not completely finished with your site yet (I have a long way to go on mine also), but what I would recommend is more images. People love pictures. Also pictures are more personal, especially if they are of you, your family, your pets, etc. Remember, you are trying to build relationships. Love that you wrote your book and got it on Amazon and have gotten such good response. I think you'll do well here from what you learn.
You might be interested in looking at http://authormarketingclub.com also -- they take writers under their wing and do promos, etc.
