I want to know if I code my own website will WA still host my website. Because the wordpress themes just aren't what I am going for.

Expand your search a bit. There are thousands of WordPress themes on the internet.
You don't have to only choose the themes that WA provides--those are there for your convenience and to help you start building your site immediately. You can download and install any theme you want. By doing a Google search, you can find many free themes, or just start your search at WordPress.org. And there are also premium themes that you can find with companies like StudioPress, Elegant Themes, Theme Forest, and so on.
There's a lot to choose from out there. You can also modify the code of any theme. Find something that gives you most of what you want, and customize the look and feel to your liking.
You can rewrite some of the code on an existing WordPress theme I imagine but only WordPress sites can be hosted at WA.

bold this
from pages control pannel
pick page to edit and click quick edit
check off no comments for the page
