OMG - So much to learn that I think I am stumbling a bit
Hi everyone.
Had to watch the SEO video a third time. Wow, this SEO understanding is very overwhelming.
I did as Kyle said in his instructions, but I saw a page on Google about my domain saying that I am using that I:
Excessive use of h1 heading tags detected!
What does that mean??
Understanding this SEO ad getting rankings on Google is so much more involved than I thought. I must be missing something.
And what is:
- Keywords meta tag is missing
- No social sharing services were found on the webpage.
- Page content is too less, ideally it should be at least 200 words, but it was found to be 152 words
- No. of facebook likes are too less on the web page. (0 detected)
- No. of Google Plus ones are too less on the web page. (0 detected)
- 5 javascript tags were detected in the 'head' section. Move some script tags to the bottom of the page
Talk about feeling 100 steps behind! My posts are definitely over 200 words.
I tweeted one of my posts.
I am at an utter loss. I have been re-vamping my site all night trying to get something. It shows that I am at 0. Huh?
I did the SEO Plugin and followed instructions. Instead I saw this:

We found 1 errors and 6 warnings while doing SEO analysis for anxiety2depression.com. Overall, for SEO, the website gets a score of 71 out of 100.
I can sure use some words of wisdom. I saw it on a site (by accident) called DomainTuno.com
I am on brain overload.

Ugh! A smidge of frustration, but of course, not giving up!

I wish I could help you but, as Katie Mac says, stay basic for now. The H1 is simply an overuse of the header function in the edit screen under Paragraph, to the best of my knowledge. Keep plugging away. It will come!
H1 is generally just your title/headline actually in the blog. Basically you overkilled it. Do not make a ton of h1's, as it is no need for them to be honest. You want your keyword/keyword phrase as h1, and once is more then enough.

Once you get into this journey you gain a more hands-on appreciation for why we hear it said from all over the community. This is a marathon not a race ... persistence and patience will pay off in the long run ... never give up ... etc, etc.
Depending on your digital background and experience when you started this stuff is not easy at times. On the other hand it just might be that us Giants fans are secretly wishing our Giants can find their first two month's groove again, lol.
