I can't log in site rubix
Hi everybody, I have a recurrent problem. I work on my site for a couple of hours and suddenly I can't do anything. So I log-out and can't log-in anymore or even see my website online. I have try all browser, cleared my cache and it still not working. Usually when it happen, I just wait a day or two and it comes back and I can work for some hours again. People in chat have told me they where able to see my site from their computer and support tell me that everything is good on their side. I begin to be out of resources. I would like to know if anybody had that problem before? If yes how to solve it?

I had the same problem. It happened whe I did the last update of WP: the process messed everything up and I couldn't neither login nor even visit my website (it didn't load). I resolved everything with WA support in one day. Go, get a ticket and be confident! ;-)

I'm thinking it's a computer problem at your end. Sounds like something is freezing up after you spend time on your site. Some suggestions are:
Does this problem happen when you visit other websites?
Is your computer malware free?
Do you have any java scripts running that could be conflicting?
The reason I say it's at your end is because if support says it's good others do too, then the problem may be something with your computer.
Have you tried going on a different computer and seeing if it works?
see you have been given some advice if all else fails put in a support ticket, it would also help you to have another user account on your site, I have the one given then created another one with my name which I use.. this might help you for the future in case it happens again. I had that I reset my password. It happened while I was moving siterubix to my own domain name.

I have had a problem similar to yours where I was unable to log into the WordPress admin panel and every time I logged in it would log me out right away. I also couldn't log in by using the SiteRubix login button. I fixed the problem by getting a new password from SiteRubix and pressing the login button again from there. Let me know if this works.

It does sound like an issue with your computer, but I don't know why it would take days for you to get back in.
It really depend, sometime it is only 2 to 3 hours but it have took up to almost 2 days one time. Everybody is able to see my site but me. I know it must be a computer issue, but as far as I know, my computer is healthy and recent. Maybe it have something to do with my router. I just try to have people ideas.
I know that's frustrating. I have connection issues and it drives me crazy sometimes! Check your router - maybe that's it.
