Isn't it strange that your brother died, but here you are. How did you figure out what you need to do to stay alive? I never even heard of this disease.

The only reason I pointed it out was because i wanted to keep reading about what you were going to say-you really know how to 'engage" your reader naturally. I liked reading it. :)
