I have changed the nameservers on my domain at Namecheap to ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.coma couple of days ago but keep getting the message "your DNS settings are

Thanks Marion, but I have built a number of websites already on Site rubix using domains I own and have had no trouble at all. This time around the domain name is not being recognised despite the fact that I have pointed that domain at Wealthy affiliate nameservers.

are you using http s?

Go to Site Rubix > Site Manager and click on the blue 'Build a New Website' button top right. Choose 'On a Domain I own' and build your websites (install WordPress). You'll then be able to access it through Site Manager.

If you do not mind me asking what is the domain you are trying to transfer over to WA?

I know it can take at least a few hours depending on connection, but a couple of days sound like too long for the domain to be recognized. I would recommend getting your domain from WA and not from other sitebuilder websites.

If you did go through WA then here are a few suggestions. These steps are assuming you are using Windows.

Go to the Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. ...
Select the Networking tab. ...
Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. ...
Click OK.

I would like to put an affiliate link on a Facebook post using a WA banner

you can download it as image and then add to your post as an image

Facebook would not allow me to post a banner. What did I do wrong?

You can share your post through social plug-in installed on your pages or copy your link and paste it on Facebook and it will generate the image automatically from your page. Additionally, in your wordpress dashboard scroll down your page and the bottom of your page you will see all in one SEO settings. In social settings choose an image you want to be shown on social sites and then click save button (update post). Make sure you do it for every page/post of your site so you can later share your posts on social sites.
