Increasing immunity with beetroot
Beetroots have many benificial nutrients to help your immune system function properly and this can help you stay strong if taken every day.
The easiest and most delishious way to consume beetroot is in a nice smoothie as you will be drinking the entire vegetable. With a high powered blender you can use 1 beetroot hand full of grapes ice and apple juice to blend on high for 1 minute to have the most healthy and delicious immune boosting juice 🥤 I try to get this inside me every day.
To make it easier I place theses ingredients into zip lock bags for each day of the week and blend them each day without worrying about ingredient as it will already be prepared for you.

I take a supplement that is the equivalent of 500 beets daily. Has made a huge difference for our family.
It's a very small capsule. They've taken what is so special in the beet roots and 'distilled' it as well as stablized it.
I am into "natural" eating.
We have some fruits and vegetables in our family farm. Use organic fertilizers. Have good dirt.
But I have worried about "processed" fruits and vegetables.
I understand that during those processes they lose vitamins and minerals.
Its like garlic, if you cut them they lose some of their health qualities or properties. You have to eat them raw for their full potential.
And supermarket fruits and vegetables are chemically processed so that they can survive exporting and long shelve life.
Like tomatoes, bananas and apples, they are artificially ripened.
NOthing is perfect, even in the natural world
