Feel like i am behind

I love Wealthy Affiliates and I believe that it is truly genuine. I am or feel as if I am behind. I have sgjorgens disease and it affect your joints, dry eyes and mouth. There are days where the pain is very low but lately it has been up there. The medication helps a great deal but I get so tired. It is affecting my training. I am asking for encouragement from my neighbors here. I am constantly praying and I know that God will come through but I believe the spirit has led me to ask this favor from my neighbors here at WA and I can always use prayer.
