Have consideration for others and pay it forward.
I just wanted to give a heads up. Been on here at different times of the day for 2 weeks. Noticed something that has changed. There seems to be people that are posting online and having to wait hours, if at all getting a comment or a like on their post.
I said to myself, it is not like when I first joined 2 years ago. The first few minutes, there were people that left likes and comments to any post.
I realized there were people that needed questions answered. Some of those needing answers might have been starter members. I believe there were one or two.
What kind of example are we setting for those that want to sign up for membership.
There are not going to be many that sign up. There are going to be people turning others away from signing up. People may decide not to renew their premium membership.
There were quite a few posts that had been there for a few hours, not so much as a like or comment.
Yes, I can understand you have training to work on, websites to build and a life of your own.
Please seriously consider how you would feel, if you wrote a post or needed help. Your post or request for help was overlooked.
I believe we all reap what we sow.
We all need to do just as I have done lately. I have taken extra time out of my schedule to like, comment, and help others on their posts.
Take notice of those starter members that need help, be kind, courteous, and considerate.
Treat others as we would want to be treated, and set a positive example for others to follow.
Help others out in any way we can, Especially starters and those newly signed Premium to Wealthy Affiliate. This is what is going to keep people signing up and upgrading to premium memberships.
There is a reputation that needs to be strictly upheld, Wealthy Affiliate is the top marketing training facility on the world wide web.
We need to keep Wealthy Affiliate going for future generations, We need to pass on a legacy!!

I too have noticed changes here at WA!
In the first 6 months of my 2 and 1/2 years here at WA I would get 40-60 comments very quickly to my WA Blog Posts (even not-so-great ones)!
Gradually this decreased, especially since the WA Super-Affiliate Challenge!
I too have been trying to comment and like more posts to help out others!
I'm not really sure what's happening...I'll just pay-it-forward anyways!

Yes, We definitely need to pay it forward for more people out there.
We all need to make those we come in contact with feel extremely important.
We owe it to those before us, that have built WA into what it is today!
I know it may sound like a tall order to some. We still need to give 110 percent in all that we do, Especially when it comes to the starters and new members. We have to do so by example!!
