Lost and confused.
I am so lost after not being on here for a couple of days. But I got all my canning done. 3 dogs shaved and bathed. Both cats bathed also. Plus house cleaned. All in 3 days. Boy I was tired. So now it is time to play catch up.

That doesn't sound lost or confused to me, but on-target and effective. After they dry off the critters will be glad you did it. You have earned serious notches on your gun handle for such accomplishments. I on the other hand have been out 2 days chasing and watching an eclipse. Maybe worth one notch, but the cats are still only as clean as their tongues will deliver.

I agree! Time away gives your brain a chance to rest. Your energies and focus are on other things which allow your subconscious to ponder and you take care of things that need to be taken care of.

What is surprising is that you are not in the hospital with the bathing and grooming of those 5 critters, especially the cats!. Best wishes for your return to the peace and quiet of WA!

Thanks. I have been shaving the dogs for 24 years.. The cats are 2 years old and have been getting a bath since 7 weeks old..
I'm off work for the next three days so I'll really be working on my website and lessons, Catching up too.
Things are like that sometimes...
I am the same, the business tasks pile up and in order to bring them down to a manageable level, more time is spent on them....Of course, that means less time here!
Balance is the key...If you had not taken care of those real world tasks, you may not have been able to concentrate here, so it would be counter-productive to not do them...
I always try to put a positive spin on things, it does help you, and no matter positive or negative, the things in the way keeping you from being here, what you want to do, remain...
Welcome back...Canning brings me back...WAY back...My Mom did this every Summer to have food for us in the Winter months...I am sure there were other things she would have rather been doing! (Moms are the BEST!)
