Is there a way to find a page that was removed from a site? I remember reading something about being able to retrieve pages that have been altered or removed.
Thanks! Pat

Yes, Pat, there is.
Go to your WordPress dashboard, go to your all posts and see at the left corner the "Trash", open that and you can restore it.

Thanks for the help. I figured something else out.

The policies page not sure. Was it saved as a page or post. Or was it in the site content area. Should be no prob;em if this was don for you to retrieve your information, unless it was physically deleted and it is in no trash bin and yes you can get stuff out of the trash, All the best.

Is it a page you created? If so, where did you do so. If SiteContent, it should still be there...or saved on whatever program you originally wrote it in.

A few weeks ago, while researching, I found info that I wanted to use. It was on the policies page. The site has updated it's policies and now that bit of info is gone. At some point, somewhere on the WA site, someone said there was a way to go back in history and retrieve old info. is this possible?

I actually don't know on that one.

ok. Thanks.

Are you talking about pages on your own site? If so, I'm assuming you trashed them. If you didn't empty the trash they should still be there and can be restored. If, not I'd need to know a bit more about what you're looking for.

no. A site I was using for research.

Removed how? By who?
