Getting Full?...

I'm not full yet but I am finding myself satisfied.

Painless Learning Stressed

I guess it was probably at the end of the first course that I realized just how much information had been transmitted and all done so very painlessly. I was amazed that I had accomplished so much in such a short period of time. I was taken back that each step, or bite...consistent with my analogy...was packaged in such a way that I wasn't really aware of the process...I just kept doing what I was told and succeeding along the way.

Determining the best Niche

Oh, the determination of a niche wasn't the easiest thing to do...not that I couldn't think of anything but rather that I thought of so many things that I had a problem deciding which one to do. Then it occurred to me, just do one now and do the others later. I have been a target shooter since my mid-twenties and it is a sport I thoroughly enjoy. Throughout the years, when my finances and time commitments permitted, I'd go off for a few hours to put a few down range (pistol, not golf).

My work was such back in the early eighties that I applied for a permit to carry, way before it was routine. So my first permit was approved in 1984,,,regrettably it had taken so long to get approved, well over a year and a half of background checks, I had move out of town and begun a professional career. I never though, lost my love for shooting, so when I considered my niche and how I could benefit others, I just thought of my overflowing holster drawer. I know, some have "sock drawers", others have "underwear drawers", there are "belt drawers" but I have a "holster drawer" and it is overflowing with holsters I don't use much anymore. I figured I could help others to learn about holsters and narrow down their choice before purchasing. My website is: www.allcarryholsters.com.

Needing Expertise

So far, I like 90% of what has been offered and I am willing to continue down this road. I'd hope that soon I'll see a commitment on the part of the "higher ups" to review my site to be sure things have been properly executed...if that has been done, I'm not aware of it. I'd hate to find out several months down the road that significant things had not been properly done that would be negatively impacting the ability of my site to generate income...afterall, that is one of the primary reasons I got into Wealthy Affiliates...I didn't need an extra hobby.

Minor Gags Along the Way

The process with Wealthy Affiliates has been pretty satisfying so far. I have been pleased with the quality and comprehensiveness of the training. If there is one area I have been really disappointed it has been in Course 2, Lesson 9 having to deal with Google. I believe this training assumes a level of competence and exposure to Google that I certainly lacked. It took me three and a half days just to get through it and I had to go offsite to pursue Google training. it really slowed me down and broke my momentum...which I feel would probably have caused some to bite the dust. But not me, I in it for the long haul.
