New WA Member Referrals

So I may have missed something along the way, but I have several people that I have referred to the general WA website because they are interested in what I am doing. I know some have already signed up and are working the program.

I know that we can earn credit by referring people, so I did add a widget to both of my websites for "cold" leads, but is there a better way to refer people to the program? Should I complete the Affiliate Bootcamp and build a website?

Thanks again!

You don't need to complete the bootcamp but I would look at the lessons, there are good things to find in the training and it can be used in any niche.

At the very least have a look at this https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wealthy-affiliate-the-affiliate-program-walkthrough so that the people you refer will be your commissions and if they go premium you will get rewarded for your work.

Great information. I watched it and that is definitely a great start. It is a simple way to promote without totally sidetracking me from my original goals.

Sounds like you will benefit greatly by this.

You definitely should go through the bootcamp to give you some better ideas of promoting WA. You'll learn a lot!

Thank you...not that everything is about money, but that is a big part of this exercise isn't it????

You're welcome. Well I don't think WA is about promoting WA. I think a lot of folks do it because it's so easily laid out for you with things like the bootcamp. But WA is really about teaching you to build your own business in whatever niche you're really passionate about. I love WA to death but I don't think it's what newbies should promote right away.

I tend to think newbies should focus on their passion first. Get that going, make it work. Then apply the things you've learned from that to later promoting WA if that's what you want to do. But I don't think promoting WA is for everyone.
