You're a Star!

Did you ever wonder why our body is shaped like a star? I recently came to the realization that yoga postures are based on the star shape of the body. Plus I recently saw this in a book on Yoga and it deeply dawned on me as to what we've been missing that's always been staring us in the face!

Quite a coincidence we refer to popular celebrities as "He or She is a Star!", by which we mean that the person shines with brilliance and radiates the light to reach the rest of us.

By the way, the star in the above picture is inverted and here's another star image to ponder over.

Now by logical deduction (I'm a scientist at heart by the way), if we refer to someone magnificent as a "Star" and the human body is shaped as a star, doesn't it mean that every single one of us is born as a star?

You can either acknowlegde that and assimilate that understanding into every part of our body, mind and soul! (or) you can just live a less-than-fulfilling life by trying to copy others and always feel incomplete as yourself!

That choice is for you to make, and for me to make, and for each of us to individually make for ourselves.

That does not mean we never learn from others, no, that is not what I mean here!

Each one of us has something (or many things) that we can offer the world. And learning certain skills, tasks or insights from someone else who has already gone the path before will help us all to grow beyond our own limited (or vast and still time-constrained) life experiences.

Let us all inculcate this attitude and live life mindfully one day at a time.

Be the star you are born as and radiate your brilliance through your niche sites to reach the entire world :))
