As I am going through the training lessons, there is an option to start with a free website/free host. If all goes well, and I get the premium membership, will I be able to mov
yes your website doesn't change it's the same hosting system. Under the free membership you can only host a sub domain site (xyz.siterubix.com) but with the paid membership you can host your own domains as well as using siterubix ones.

If you change from a free siterubix sub domain to a paid domain, it's very easy to transfer your site. Check out this video: How to Transfer a SiteRubix Website to Your Own Domain
