Structured Data Testing Tool not showing authorship
Verifying one of my pages of my site on the rich snippets tool I see that it does not show whether authorship is working for it. Instead, it shows a bunch of "Extracted Structured Data" which happens to work only for my blog posts.
"Authorship markup is no longer supported in web search.
To learn about what markup you can use to improve search results, visit rich snippets."
Any comments shedding some light on this will be highly appreciated.

Google stopped the authorship program months ago? So does Level 2, Lesson 9: Amplifying your google love with authorship relevant?
Authorship is dead, but the elements that go into ranking you as an author are still relevant. Check out http://www.searchenginejournal.com/death-google-authorship-author-isnt-dead/116996/. Put a by-line on your post. be active in Google+. Share your work with social links to G+. Above all else, write quality content.
