OK like two weeks ago, I have my plans drawn out and am like I will listen and complete my level 3 in one week. No excuse nothing whatsoever, I started well on Monday because I work weekends But on Tuesday I woke up with a very bad back pain.

OOPS

My husband is out for work and am to attend to the kids for school.OMG what will I do? I can't stand straight, can't squat can't lean over a desk to help them I can only lay on my back that few minutes before I could think of calling for help got me to think. Wow! If you are UP and DOING don't forget to be grateful you don't know what people that are unwell are going through

THE CRY MOMMY

The pain was so bad that, I can't hold my tears. OH its was so terrible, and seeing that my kids need help and I can't do it hurts even more. I don't think anyone should have such experience. This got my boy so worry I could remember him asking Mom what should I do to help, he was practically confused and crying too. That bad. Long story short I was able to get help, and was asked to rest for while that means I was laying on my back most of the time because sitting hurt like a mischief.

THE ORIGIN OF THE PAIN

While I was having my baby, that was about 15months ago. I had some complications, so my body is just recovering from all of that.

BACK AND BETTER - I GUESS

After a long rest and stopping my baby from breastfeeding, I guess am ready for this again I will be going back to my course and completing my task on each session. Taking things easy because when I sit for so long its still hurt. Guess there are some price for motherhood.
