As the title of this bog indicated 39 hours from check-in to Hospital, 1 knee replacement surgery and check-out and I'm back home. It is amazing the advancement of medical science during our time here on this planet.

Ninety days ago I had the left knee replaced, where they used a spinal tap to deaden the low eternities to allow the surgery, Since then they have learned that the pain after the surgery could be reduced and managed easier by using a nerve block within the inner thigh. This research was probably an accumulation of data over months and maybe even years, not just the last ninety days.

When ever it was done, i wish it had been put in place ninety days ago before my first surgery, which was one from Hades, not the surgery its self, but the pain and problems afterwards.

Tonight I'm back home pain free, (a 1 on their scale of 10) with very little use of pain medicine during the last 48 hours since the surgery, I still being careful and use a walker, but I can walk without one.

Now I sitting here in an office chair without pain and not requiring laying on a bed to be somewhat comfortable. I can concentrate on finishing the lessons here at Wealthy Affiliate, writing good content, find a way to make sure that content is grammar and spell error free.

So for grammar and spell checkers I tried have been lacking. If the Wealthy Affiliate Community knows of any other then Grammarly (locks up on my PC) and Whitesmoke) completely lacking, please let me know.
