Frustrated and In a Pickle - Please Help!

Okay so, I am in a pickle (as they say). I am doing well on my site and finished level 5. Now that I am to continue blogging and writing reviews I have come to a major problem!

This is a major problem because if I can't write reviews it defeats my objective of the site. So, should I call it quits and start a new site? To be honest I have been researching for 3 weeks now and time is of the master. The more I delay with content the quicker and higher my ratings will go down.
Obviously, I don't want to give up but I can't help but think that I did not conduct a thorough research at the begging of selecting my niche and now I have no option but to do just that.
I need your help
So, in your opinion should I start over with a new or similar niche?
I very much appreciate any suggestions and or advice you may have.
