Actually I haven't submitted a ticket... I just read in the forums that wa doesn't allow access to DNS records (txt, srv, mx) and that all changes made to them have to be done through a support ticket. Are you saying that if I submit a ticket that there is a way for me to get in and manage my DNS records?
I'm investigating keeping my DNS outside of WA and just point an A record to wa hosting.
I noticed that you attempted this some time ago. Did you succeed? Please share. Thanks.

When I set up my WP sites (say 10 of them), how are the IP Class 3 addresses determined. I understand that the WP installs are going on shared hosting, but what I don't underst
Hi Norm,
While I have a bit of tech/security background and I understand your question fully, provided when you say class 3 you mean class C ip address.
When you use the word "assignment", I must claim ignorance with regard to the internal ip assignment structure through WA, WordPress and final hosting.
I think that you may be best served by asking Kyle and or Carson directly?
I hope this helps,
Gary

Have you asked the support team they will be able to give you access to those options.
