Hey Peter,
Your question got posted to Classrooms instead of to SiteSupport.
Not sure if you have been able to receive an answer to this question yet or not. However, if you could be more specific, I will try to help you.
Hi support, I have my domain currently hosted by godaddy and want to know if I can point the A record to WA while keeping my DNS records with godaddy.
I'm not sure you would be able to do that as it means accessing cpanel. Check with support though and they will be able to tell you for sure. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
I have used this same template from the link you gave me to ask the same question since about 6 hrs ago. How long does it usually take to get the support team to respond to such request?
Honestly, it depends on how much else is going on at the time. I would say you should have a response within 24 hours but it's been my experience that it doesn't take a whole day to get a response.
Thanks so much Angela. You have been wonderful! I will patiently wait fro thier feedback.
Have a blessed day.

Hi support, I have my domain currently hosted by godaddy and want to know if I can point the A record to WA while keeping my DNS records with godaddy.
To post a support ticket, hover over the light blue "SiteRubix" icon in the left menu and cick on the "Support" item.
Thanks so much for the link... I have already raised the ticket which has to do with retaining my DNS in godaddy since WA does not provide access to the cPanel. I hope the support team would respond to this question as soon as possible.

I don't see how that can work. That's what DNS is, your hosting.. so how can you keep GoDaddy DNS and go to WA hosting? Doesn't make sense.
Initially I thought it did not make sense too. But an expert confirmed to me that it works perfectly. It all depends on the support team if they will allow it.
Oh, that's so interesting! I hope you'll get an answer from support soon. May be slower today cuz it's Sunday.
@watargpk did your issue get resolved? I am trying to do the same thing with Network Solutions. Any insight about how the process went would be appreciated!
