I tried changing my theme and now all my content is located in my blog and not the home page. Any help would be appreciated?
Is your home page set to a static page instead of the blog roll? Have you also checked that your menu has assigned correctly to the new themes location?

If you upgrade your WA account will it include an upgrade with Jaaxy?
As a Premium member at WA we get Jaaxy Lite which allows us to have unlimited keyword search but we need to manually click the Get QSR button. With Jaaxy Lite we also get 100 rank check. It is good enough.
If you want to upgrade, there is Pro and Enterprise membership but you have to pay extra. In the training, Kyle is using Entrerprise membership. It costs $49/month for Pro and $99/month for Enterprise.
Should you wish to upgrade, you just need to log in to your Jaaxy account, or simply click J Research on the left menu under Live events. Once you're on your Jaacy account, you can see a green button that says Upgrade on top.

A premium WA account will include a full subscription to Jaaxy light. It has most of the features you need for keyword research, like unlimited searches. The pro version will give more results and load QSR data automatically I think. I've managed just fine with the light version.
