Team Building Workplace- The Solid Foundation Tactic
A creative and innovative team is your lifeline, you need a team building workplace in order to have steady and reliable results. Now when your starting out your business you don't exactly have the budget to hire on the Harvard Business top graduates but with technology now a days you don't need to, in fact you would be surprised on how much you need to spend.
I can't speak for everyone but I know I use to be the guy that if I wanted something done I would do it myself, that kind of mindset is actually why I started my business in the first place. Now in saying that there are pro's and con's to that kind of mindset.
One of the pro's are you are a hard worker! There's nothing wrong with that but just imagine what kind of good your hard work will do if you have a capable team that can not only help you grow but help everyone mutually benefit.
It may sound silly but I'm gonna say it anyway, I like to think of myself as a general of sorts. Now the mindset of a general (or Grand Strategist) is that he/she must always be looking at the big picture, always looking three steps ahead of the competition or of any future problem your business may encounter. In the long run this is what I found to be most important. Just imagine how different history would have been had Alexander The Great had no chain of command and made every little decision himself!
In saying all this your probably thinking to yourself okay Nick get to the point how do I find myself a capable team? Well I found that a lot of the programs that have training and communities built in them to allow people to grow at their own pace. This is why I think emersing yourself in an environment that promotes growth is essential for your business.
When you get people to join you that are properly trained your business grows exponentially, just think about that for a second, there is no conceivable way that you can reach that type of output by yourself and your only hurting your business by micromanaging. "None of us is smarter than all of us" slogan from IDEO
With that I will leave you with a quote from Alexander The Great himself "I would rather excel others in the knowledge of what is excellent, than in the extent of my power and dominion."
Feel free to check out my website to see all the programs I use and have reviewed!

Great post and topic! It's so true that you need to learn to relax the reins and delegate some of your business tasks as your business grows.
