Manage Time
Recently I have read about how we focus on things we must do daily; about how do we take advantage of our time to get the maximum results. The fact is that we don’t always use our time in the best way. Sometimes we are caught in distractions, interruptions, and jumps from one task to another; causing not finish any.
We must have “a plan” to get the maximum from the time -that’s only 24 hours- I need more😊 The suggestion I found was to follow some keys to manage the time in a successful manner. Those keys are:
1 Write all your daily tasks
2 Select an order according to the importance that each task has
3 First do the most important
I found that those I shared are the more useful to manage our time. But how to find which is the most important? That’s our decision; for me, right now, my first task is go on WA, first taking a look of my email to see what’s new there, and work on my site by writing new content or better my site.

You have presented a good subject, as I know I can use some help with my time management. Like you, I don't think 24 hours are long enough in a day. Too bad we have to sleep!
I keep a Daytimer, and that helps me keep track of my daily tasks, but I think if I sit down each morning and make a list of what I want to accomplish in WA for the day, I'd be ahead of the game. You have given me some good ideas.

When you start with time management the biggest problems people face are making decisions on what is important and what is not. When I started I faced the same dilemma. I do a 3-5 min focus meditation and I write down a 1-3 task on money making activities that I can do in 24 hours. I focus on it so I get clarity on how to proceed and how long it should take. Then when I finish the focus of meditation... I write down other task and do them as I have time in 24 hours. One thing don't write down to much as you must do them in 24 hours. Money making activities are a priority the rest is done as I have time in one day ( write down the minutes you want to spent on them) but I finish them each day. I love the feeling of crossing them out before I go to bed. It feels good having accomplished all my tasks. Hope that helps. Work smarter not harder Sylvia

Excellent post. I did a blog post on my site about time management. I personally have to tell everyone in my family that for a set time I am totally unavailable unless it is an actual emergency. Keep up the great work.
