I signed up December 2021, but didn't decide on my niche until January 2022. After the initial build of my site and I started creating content, my motivation changed. I felt like I was treading water and not moving forward, but I was actually making progress the entire time.

Since the beginning, I've kept track of everything. Some things checking daily, others weekly, and some monthly. But progress is progress!!

Some days I feel like I'm running a marathon with progress, and others a slow crawl. The important part, no matter the pace, is that I don't give up. I keep moving forward. I change my task is needed, but still something to keep me on track.

If I feel like I can't focus with content creation:

  • I'll work on ideas for content, then research keywords in Jaxxy.
  • I'll work on more training, because there is always something new to learn!!
  • I'll provide site feedback or comments to help my fellow affiliates (plus get ideas for my own website!)
  • Check my website and affiliate emails.
  • Share a post on social media sources
  • Research and apply to affiliate programs
  • Just to name a few things!!

Obviously content is super important! So being focused is equally important. But don't avoid it forever!! Have to make time to come back to it, or worse case change your topic of your current content creation to get a fresh start. Maybe the current needs more thought before being produced!!

Just trying to encourage to not let a setback actually set you back!! Ask help from the community when you need it!!

When I get discouraged or feel like I'm running in place, I look at my numbers, my stats, and I feel more inspired.

I also keep track of my failures. I keep all the emails from the affiliate sites I've signed up for and have been declined. Some I'll reapply for later. Others, I'll laugh at their missed opportunity for profits later when I've become very successful with this endeavor!! I also compare the number of successes vs failures to remind myself of those approvals.

Can't wait to see where I am in another 3 months, and in 6 months, and a year from now. I'll have my progress to reference to know how far I've come.

Trying to be patient and not feel discouraged that I'm not farther along. One day at a time....... I'll definitely get where I want to be!! No looking back!!

Best of luck to everyone on this journey still trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel too. You'll never get there if you give up!! 😁😁😁

Love this all the expert content you are telling all of us here even the ones that know more then others.i also love your positive drive.im at a stand still right now not 100%on which direction I should go. But I am still learning something I never thought would be so hard.
And all the info I just read makes me pull up my pants and stand firm and say this way will work I know it. So t thank you Nikki. I'm not just following you. You're now my hero.

You are too kind!! You are welcome! I think we all need reminders and extra encouragement, especially in the beginning to keep pushing forward. When the rewards are within reach! We just have to keep going until the success is tangible!! I hope to keep boosting others up.

We will all have better clarity to help each other. That's why I love this place.

Nikki, steps, no matter big or small forward will get you to where you wish to me, my friend! Ever forward!

Jeff

Every step counts indeed. I have only been at this for a month, so I can not really say much, aside from that I have a website with 10 posts on it. As someone who is not tech-savvy, not a blogger and very introverted, this is something I never thought I could do. The journey is worth it. Keep going Nikki, you are gonna be big.

Hi Nikkimcgowa
Your right approach goes to your destination. Best of luck.

It's not about the speed as long as you make good progress in your business.
Continue to take it a day at a time.
All the best.
