I upgraded to Premium!
So, I did it. I upgraded to Premium. Exciting, but scary. Exciting because this really could be what changes the rest of my life and my families' lives for the better (or worse). It's also scary because, well, we can't see the future. We have no idea what lies ahead, regardless of how much effort we put into something, there are still things we have no control over. Those are the things that scare me the most.
I plan on spending as much time as I possibly can on creating a successful online business. Financially, we are doing worse than we ever have since I started staying home with our daughter born in April. Working 40+ hours a week to becoming a stay at home mom and losing half our income is a huge change. After researching for weeks on end and reading as much as I possibly could, I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate. For the sake of my family, I hope I made the right decision. So far, I have not been given any reason to doubt, but it is still scary to invest so much time and energy into something that may or may not pan out.
At the end of the day, I have made a committment to be a Premium member of Wealthy Affiliate and take control of the things that I can, and learn as much as possible to become successful in even the things that are out of my control. I am trying to stay positive and focused, although having anxiety and PTSD can make it difficult at times. I believe a part of me wants to prove to myself that I CAN do this despite my personal battle with these "disorders".
