The Use of Social Media
Wow, I must admit that social media is a great place to help generate traffic for your websites. Everytime I create a new post I share that post with the accounts I have created for my website.
Furthermore, I have noticed the difference that it has made. Just last night I checked Pinterest and realzied that I had 459 view on one post and today when i checked it had a reached a total of 1,027 views overnight. Mind you I have never been a fan of Pinterest because it's different for me.
Yet, when you speak about monetizing your brand in the beginning you cannot do it without some form of social media and that is what I have been doing.
I am just shocked at the fact that I had one follower on Pinterest because I've hardly ever used that platform. However, even my followers have increased to 40+ individuals.
I have had other forms of businesses online through social media and I always said to myself, "if social media is not making you any money then you are using it wrong." Now, the more I write the less time I have to devote to my personal accounts.
I also feel that many people have an issue with being able to distinguish among the two accounts. Many people spend hours on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram without making any type of money. Instead they are just wasting their time. If you need any encouragement when it comes to time management focus on your business rather than your social networks. Trust me, it will pay off in the end.

Hello Niia, so true, same with me, I started with no followers on Instagram and or Pinterest and within a few months I have grown both to several thousand followers and its great free marketing. In the beginning everything helps and social media is a good tool to use, thank you for posting this!

woo, that's great news and knowledge addon for everyone here... very useful... I also created Pinterest just between the first training only... I always use the Facebook business page, Instagram and LinkedIn and Twitter too...

Interesting post Nila, I have to say, I don't use Social Media much, as I had a change of direction tail end of last year, beginning of this and promote differently now, still along the lines of the course, but not so much SM orientated

Yes I use targeted traffic generating solutions and safelists and have done for years now
Reason why is because I get residual traffic and commissions this way which gives me both time and financial freedom if that helps
