Hi i am designer and i want to teach people through my blog but writing content for teaching and all its quite hard, is this possible i can create my own you tube training vide

If you go on the top of your screen and type in the search bar video, embed, youtube and so son you will have all the answers. As far as I remember, yes a video is considered as content, but this should be confirmed.

Embedding is the way to go.
I'm not sure how Google will treat a video only site. I would suggest putting in a summary/table of contents as to what the video covers so there's some text in there.

quick question some affiliates provide their product review for just place as your own blog... so when I am copying and pasting in new rich content and publishing its checking
You should always try to be original ortherwise you not going anywhere with copy and past idea try to put your own ideas that way you can move on
You should never copy and paste content from others, that is double content and not the way to write blog posts.
If you want to use content, rewrite it in your own words, add unique content due to your own experience and opinion.

hi as i can see with each feedback there is action dropdown and there is option for cancel feedback thats mean what exactly... i should cancel or keep as it is?

If you had asked for feedback and then changed your mind, then you can cancel it. Otherwise, you're not to worry.

Log into your AdSense dashboard and then click on sites. All sites registered will be listed there.
Here is my Google AdSense dashboard. As you can see, there is an option for Sites and my site is listed when I select it. Are you going to adsense.google.com ?
BTW, if you're site isn't listed there you should see an option in the upper-right to add a site.
I'm not sure why you don't have a sites listed. Do you have Analytics setup and your site listed as one of the properties?
