You have to own your pain even if you only earn some of it. When you resist your pain, you forego the opportunity to experience your humanness. Also, you lose yourself in the process of fighting your pain.
More importantly, it is not possible to live a life without pain. “No pain - No gain.” Your pain allows you to fully understand the meaning of being human. When you try to resist the normal experience of your pain, you miss out on the process of its rusting “into beauty too.”
Final Thoughts:
Normally, no one goes looking for pain, but when it is inevitable there, it provides an opening for something new to enter in your life. “My pain is a possibility, it is not a liability or a punishment.” Take the opportunity to look at your pain in a different light!

I keep saying that when I look into the mirror. Pain can rust into beauty…I’m still waiting. Lol.
This reminds me of a story about what they do in Japan. If they break a cup or vase they will bind it back together with gold. The cracked let in the light and by fixing we value the difference.
