Today February 18, 2021, I received my 3 Year Dedication Badge. Wow, how time flies! It has not been three years of easy sailing. In fact, the first 10 months on this platform I hardly participated. I logged on maybe once a week. I was spending most of my time on another platform where I was a success coach with a very grueling work load.
However, I quit the other platform because it turned out to be something different from what I thought it was originally. As a result, the last 2 months of my first year is when I really began to realize the true value of the Wealthy Affiliate training platform and community. So, I began to participate within the community and I began the Affiliate Bootcamp Training. I created my first website and began building it out.
Everything was moving along quite nicely until I had to assist one of my family members with some very difficult work which left me almost brain-dead. In the meantime, my website got neglected. As though this neglect was not enough, I then had to help my mother, who was diagnosed with kidney disease, with her meal planning and preparation. So again my website barely got the attention it so badly needed for a very long period.
I am not making any excuses nor am I giving up on my website or any of my goals and dreams. It will just take me a little longer to realize them than I had planned. However, I am moving forward despite the many bumps I have encountered along the way. I am in the process of building out my first website as well as building a new one in a niche that I am very passionate about.
I do appreciate all the help and support that I have received from the amazing members within the WA Community. Many, many thanks to all of you! Continued success!

Your consistency and hard work is paying off.
I can so related to the constant interruptions, and having to put others first.
As with you, I also have a number of life's issues that needs immediate attention, which causes delay in the development of my website.
However it's always in the back of my mind.
