Do You Truly Represent All Aspects of Your Business?
Quote of the Day:
“Your smile is your logo. Your personality is your business card. How you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark.” Jay Danzie
Meaning of the Quote:
Yes, your face and how it is portrayed specifically your smile becomes the logo for your business. Your personality determines the person you really are and thus will become your business cards while your interaction and reaction to others will be your trademark.
Discussion of the Quote:
When we use ourselves to represent our businesses, our specific features and attributes represent the different aspects of our businesses.
For example, our faces are the most identifiable features on our bodies; therefore, they become the snapshots for our business so our faces specifically our smiles become our businesses logos.
On the other hand, our personalities truly depict who we really are as individuals. So, our personalities become our business cards because our personalities are the best measure of what our businesses really are.
More importantly, how we leave others feeling be it exceptional or ordinary after encounters with them will become our business trademarks.
Final Thoughts:
When we use ourselves to represent all the different aspects of our businesses - our expressions, personalities and how we make people feel - all play a part in representing our businesses. Therefore, our smiles are our logos, our personalities are our business cards and how we make people feel are our trademarks.
I appreciate your time, comments and likes.
To our success
Kind regards,
Nichola

What a wonderful quote! I love that one. I think it is a very good analogy and I do agree on that.

It is kind of hard, when we meet our customers in the real life, there is that contact situation where eyes meet and conversation ensues.
Online an equivalent could be locking ones self in a closet in front of a camera and talking really fast in an attempt to project that postive sales pitch.
I guess online and offline businesses.
Both rely on making a connection, for marketers it is all about how we achieve that.
Online strategic content, offline a cherry smile and a " how are you going, all good how can we help you."
Hi Alex,
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your valuable thoughts and experiences! Wishing you the very best!
Kind regards,
Nichola
Nichola, The quote really hit the mark. I attended a five-day webinar series with Bob Proctor last month and he said in one of the sessions to go out and make at least one person feel appreciated and great each day for the next 30 days.
I took the challenge and has consciously practised this, every day since, and what an effect on both the people that I meet and on my own energy and behaviour in every situation during the day.
Thank you for sharing!

I like that Nichola.
Early in the 1980s I came across the term “Moments Of Truth”.
A “moment of truth” occurrs every time there is an interaction with a customer. It can be positive or negative. Of course the idea was to develop a mindset of awareness when dealing with customers in order to influence positively.
In my mind a ‘moment of truth’ occurs every time we interact with anyone, including my German Shepherd.
