I think this is one of the biggest mistakes people make, not taking a pause. They think if they do their business will suffer and it's so not true. The only thing that suffers is you.

I have a "radio silence day" once a week. It can be a Saturday, or a Monday, or any other day, but once a week I have no phones on, no computers, no nothing that is high tech. just me, a coffee and a book for the day. If anybody wants me they can knock on my door, or send a policeman - which happened once.
