GSC has indicated 3 pages have a redirect. Two of them have a url ending in something like "?page_id=31". The third is a url that I am pretty sure I shortened at some point. I

Has this been figured out?

No. I verified permalinks was set correctly. The issue doesn't affect the usability of the website because the end URL page is indexed. But will it impact other things? I don't know.

i wouldn't worry too much about these at the moment ...
jsut make sure that under settings>>permalinks you have post names selected....
personally i wouldn't shorten them for google - maybe for social media but not for google...

I just finished watching the training for adding photos from Site Content to a post. When I search for images, I see a whole bunch of broken image links instead of the images t

Can you attach a screenshot of what you are seeing? If there is an issue with the Image editor, please provide a specific example and we will get our team to look into it Nathanael!

You can attach an image to any comment here. Thanks!

It could be my server settings. I was able to access some of the CC0 sites listed in the OEC level 2 Images training but not others. For now, I am publishing the posts, then adding images I pull from those CC0 sites into WordPress.

If you edited and published a document in the site content, future edits must be done in WordPress. Site content and WordPress work independently.

I'd place my images in a document in the site content and publish it to my site. It will be added to my WordPress media library. Then delete the “temporary image” doc in the site content, so it does not get indexed.

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty the server's cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

I just checked my site content and its all working fine for me maybe contact site support it could be a bug

I never use Site Content, preferring to work directly within my sites (30 of them) WordPress admin area.

This happened to me before. None of the answers I got worked to enable me to download images.. I cleared the cache. I started all over. I actually just started doing everything straight from WordPress. Try working from there. I went back a week or so later and I was able to do it. Maybe it’s just a glitch in the system. I hope it works out for you.

Hazel

Thanks, Hazel. I will try WordPress. I will just need to use some of the CS0 (I think they are called) websites to source the images since I won't have access to Site Content's images.

Right! I just ended up doing Google images. That’s what worked for me. I hope you get everything sorted out.

Hazel

Yeah, once published in the site content, it has to be edited in WordPress.
