As today is your day 0, I want to encourage you to be consistent in all that you will be doing.

Choose a specific time per week and always work towards that time.

Try and be consistent and you will achieve your goals step by step.
One last thing is that I want you to never be afraid of asking the community any questions if things that you are unsure of or just curious.
