Lost what my blog is really about

Well, I did not realise that I actually lost track of my main aim of my blog until Google Adsense rejected me.
First it was obvious, my Affiliate Disclosure got indexed and I had to remove it again. Steps done, applied again but guess what! I got my second rejection. The worst part of it? The reason was:
Valuable inventory: Scraped content

You can imagine how you feel after investing so much time in writing and researching and then Google is telling you that you do not provide any value.
I was upset, felt like to cry and almost threw a tantrum. After spending enough time of pitying myself I decided to get my s*** together.
By checking my site properly I then realised that Google was so right!
I started very well, very personal and describing my transformation and so on until I tried to be an expert of a topic when indeed I should have sticked to what this is really about.
My blog is about transformation, being blunt and just myself. There are thousands of experts site's outside and if you try to do the same, of course it seems that you scraped content (even though it is not true!).
I could ignore and move on but I never chose the easy way. I guess it is time to get back to basics, even if it means spending hours of my precious time to improve my content.
