Ahhh wondering if I should give up! :-

So its been a couple of months on WA now, I have two blogs up and running, I've complete the first 2 courses and now onto third but I'm having major self doubt and thinking of cancelling my subscription. I know $49 USD (about $80) doesn't seem like a lot but when you are trying to stretch all cash flow (using profits from my online store which is a bit slow) it really then starts to feel like its a burden. Every night I think right WA time but then I have a toddler, FTE, house to look after etc then its 10pm before I have done anything. There just doesn't seem enough time in the day. How long do people normally leave it before they give up?? I love the community aspect but I'm wondering am I stretching myself so thin that I'm not doing anything well. Should I focus on the e-commerce store or WA or both?? AHHHHHH I NEED to make some decent money as eventually I really want my online income to be able to replace the income I get from working full-time. Dilemmas. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Natalie

I feel for your struggle, Nat. There is some good advice written below from this helpful community, I hope it helps you towards your goal :)

It's hard when you don't know what you want to achieve. And which platform to use.

You never know your next step. Always second guessing yourself. Nothing gets done.

Sound familiar?

If the problem is the cost of the membership then you shouldn't stay. Cancel your membership.

But if you not happy with your progress here's a suggestion for you.

Schedule one hour each day.

If you need to write a blog post write the post. Don't do anything else. Keep it short, easy, and simple. So you can get finish it in one or two hours.

Like LIst Post. "6 of the Best blank Stationery" Or post picture of different stationary and a short description. Why is this one so special.

Then promote it. Set up a one week Twitter Promotion.
After a week check the results. Which topics got the most clicks?
Which got the least?

Then make the necessary adjustments.

Search Social Platforms for your keywords. Learn what people are saying talking about. What do they like? When do they use it. How do they use it.

When do people buy stationary?
Father's Day is coming up.

I would guess it's centered on special occasions. If that's true then you should plan to be active a few weeks before that occasion.

Look for these kinds of trends in your niche. And test it.

See what happens.

There is a reason you came here and you need to remember the reason. Your why. When you do it will keep you going in these times.

Do not try to do to much. Decide which site you like the best and work on it as part of the training. Not doing the training and doing the website separately. If you build the website as you go through training the site gets built right, it takes less time, it takes less work and you have time to do the other things that you want to do.

That is my advice.

There is a price to achieve the dream and it is not always money.

I've seen others become really successful with their e-stores through the training, etc., they received here at WA. Even if you just do one or two lessons a week, I know it will eventually pay off. Hang in there!

I would focus on one or the other instead of 2 websites. I will tend towards doing the eCommerce store but that is just my opinion and not anything based on facts. Making time for WA can be a problem at times as it does take time do this program. I think the eCommerce site would take the most time to maintain and get set up between the two. Maybe work on WA on weekends only or set aside 2 hours every other day for it, though that can be problematic in its self at times too. If you want to replace your income then u will need to find the time to do this, though I do understand that having toddlers can make in very challenging. Maybe block out a time after the little ones are put to bed. If u have a husband then maybe he can help alleviate some of your "chores" so that u can focus on WA. Sorry I cannot help with much else.
