Success to me means together we are learning new things daily, achieving goals daily and sharing your daily success with others.

The purpose of this is to keep others and yourself motivated. We can all reach our goals by admitting: it can not be done all by myself. We all need each other. Pride is a killer, "I don't need people". Watch out for this one. This will create selfishness, and that you only care about yourself, and using other for what you can gain form them. Things should be used, and people should be loved. Not the other way round.

Building each other up, build other's self-esteem, believing in each other and telling them so. Lets compliment each other on the small achievements, and recognition for what others has done that was positive or creative.The things they thought was not worth mentioning or sharing.

This is something which I tested the results through my life, people just perform better when they are rewarded with a compliment or a thank you. Or when you just recognize and observe what people do and letting them know, that nothing they do, does not matter how small: Let them know that what they are doing does not pass you by unnoticed.!!

Multi-skill each other by learning from each other and sharing new thoughts of creativity with each other. Or just sharing ways of what each person thinks is practical principal that can be used by everyone in their business. What you give is what you give: Might be your advice, your time, your compliments, your motivation , your encouragement, just saying thank you,Its the small things that count in life.
