Hi

I wanted to change URL settings/general in Wordpress..I added www. to my url...now I can't access to website or admin website...

what can I do?

well how to fix the problem? :) i can't sign in to my admin page in wordpress :)

If it's your own domain name, ie. NOT a siterubix subdomain, then follow this training https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-fix-wordpress-address-url-if-changed Rich.

You cannot just change a url once a site is created. "www" is redundant, it's actually a subdomain of your main domain, in the same way that ftp.yoursitename.com is a subdomain. If it's an own domain then you should be able to fix it following this training https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-fix-wordpress-address-url-if-changed but this won't work with a siterubix subdomain as there's no FTP access. Rich.

I found out, its just not working on my computer :))) hahaha...I am still fixing my problem, I cant find solution :) tnx

Try rebooting your modem/router, switch if off for five minutes or so and back on. :) R.

I did the flushing, its still not working for me. I can not go to the website or admin site

OK, it's definitely working, so try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use an Incognito tab in Chrome. :) Rich.

It's working fine http://d.pr/i/Mg6T so it's an issue at your end. I'd recommend flushing your DNS as a first step, https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html :) Rich.

Hi Janja. What's the url of your website, type it with spaces, ie.
yoursitename siterubix com
so we can check whether it's a problem at WA or at your end. :) Rich.
