I have now uploaded a template to my landing page from my computer that I got from the company I Affilate.
I uploaded it through filezilla and everything went
Hi there Nadiaa did you upload your file to your desktop then retrieve it via your theme settings to the right should be an area to import theme option and you will have the ability to browse for where your file is located and then import
When I upload it through filezilla, is there a particular folder I should put it in then? Maybe that's what's wrong
Nope, uploading should take out any time delay.
What template are you trying to install. It probably should go inside a specific template folder.
