I have used Thinkfic - the free version and it has worked well for me. Up to 3 courses is free with unlimited students. You can take a test drive with the free version and see how it works.

I’m wanting to put my logo in my atmail email so that it automatically adds it to every email I send. Is this possible or not?

It is best if you forward your webmail to gmail and use your site email address from there. Here is a tutorial to show you how to do this: Create an email forward to forward mail from your website email address to your gmail address Then you could add an email signature to your site email from your gmail account.
However, if you prefer to continue using Atmail, please see screen print below to see how you can add an email signature.

I'm now using a different paypal account so how do i change my details as my yearly payment is due today

I paid by PayPal last year but no longer use that PayPal account and are now using a different one. It does not allow you to update your PayPal account details. Can you use a debit card

BTW ... A question Marion ...
Having a Paypal email submitted for receiving payments (which can be updated) AND a Paypal account defined for making payments (which apparently can't be edited) ... isn't the same thing? I mean, updating the first email wouldn't change the second source too?
People can use different methods or accounts for making and receiving payments. WA only pays out using PayPal but we could use a different PayPal account or a credit card to pay for our subscriptions.

i have a website building business that i am wanting to promote as I am now ready to start taking on clients. I am offering a wide variety of services including membership webs
Google Ads or PPC is expensive until you learn to properly tweak your ad campaigns. I don't recommend PPC until your website is earning at least $500 a month that you can invest in ads.
You will probably lose money on your first three or four campaigns. That is just the nature of the beast. When you do choose to go with PPC, I suggest you start with Bing Ads. It's an easier platform and I find it easier to control my spending there.
There are numerous ways to drive traffic to your site for free. One of the most powerful ways to drive free traffic is to post a lot of content to your site. Youtube videos is another. I've had great luck with video and also posting to G+. Answering questions on answer sites like Quora has worked well for me too.

I think best is a misnomer. I don't think any one solution can be considered the best. Lots of things are depending upon the type of business that you have, the type of customers that you look for and your price breakdown of your services. There is no best. You just have to analyze your needs and find a viable solution.
For us we primarily used paid traffic. Our products and services are not geared for low cost general public consumption. Therefore we target the people that we want through various means. I guess this is just the opposite of what wealthy affiliate teachers but at some point you will grow beyond that generic traffic model.
