Watching the Sunrise Motivates Me
Living in Arizona there is one of the most beautiful things here are our sunrises and sunsets. Well this morning I got up early and went for a 30 minute run just as the sun was starting to come up. I always love doing this because I start out my day accomplishing one thing, which is being healthy. I find that accomplishing that one thing early in the morning motivates me and set me up for success the rest of the day. I love running as the sun is rising cause it makes me grateful to live in such a beautiful place and to be alive. Being grateful and motivated makes for the best start of the day.
So my question to everybody is what do you do everyday to motivate yourself?

Personally, I am easily motivated when giving someone my word about something; as my word is my bond. :-))
