Hi Marti. As you go through the training, you will learn how to search for keywords that pertain to your niche. Once you have a good keyword or keyword phrase, you will want to write a post centered around it. Just make it your own, write it from your experience or what you know.
As far as mentoring, if I were you and needed more help, I would go back to the person whose website I came through that got me here.
